  • "A simple way to really help and nurture a young lady’s interest in STEM…it doesn’t take much time, but can really help someone in an impressionable phase of life." - Previous Stemettes mentor

  • MonsterConfidence will see more than 300 young women attend 3 events around the UK, to increase their confidence and support them in the first stages of their STEM career.

They'll hear inspirational keynotes, attend workshops curated by jobsite Monster and will have mock interviews and speed mentoring.

They'll also receive 'aftercare' and career support after the event via our Stemettes Zine and a Stemette Society post-event community.

  • We're looking for support with:

    MOCK INTERVIEWS

Give our participants a taste of what interviews are like, then give them some feedback on the situation. Practice makes perfect.

    SPEED MENTORING

Spend some time telling them about yourself and your career, then listen to their questions and offer some advice.
